The purchase of your product directly supports vulnerable women and programming in Tanzania. Please note, all of the pieces you see on our website have been handcrafted by women, so variations in detail, colour and finish can occur.

We ship directly from Tanzania. We aim to send your chosen items from Tanzania in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to the carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment or your destination’s customs.

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased in our online store, you may ask for an exchange and send it to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Items requested for exchange will be dispatched on receipt of the returned items.
The following items are non-exchangeable:
- All items purchased on sale.
- All items purchased with a promotional discount code.
- Items that have been worn.
Before sending the item for an exchange, you must email allison@theolivebranchforchildren.org to request an exchange form. Any item that is returned without including the form in the package will not be accepted.

Our Kubuni Centre team does its best to manage quality. Please note, our products are handcrafted by artisans and they are imperfectly perfect. No human can produce something of machine quality. You are investing in the person and have the benefit and the joy of wearing a piece of jewelry lovingly made by an artisan just for you. Below are the care instructions we recommend.
- Remove your jewelry before you shower, wash your hands or apply lotion.
- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Avoid water exposure.
- Avoid spraying perfume or other liquids on jewelry.
- To protect your jewelry pieces, each piece should be individually placed in a pouch or box to keep it from being scratched.
